For every project we show prices per m², the construction phase, availability, price history and a comparison with realised prices from the Czech land registry (via cenaodhad.cz).
Developka is free for buyers and independent of developers: we do not sell homes and developers cannot pay for a better position.
Who the buyers are
- Czech households and investors buying new-build homes.
- A growing share of them looks abroad – by the sea, for rental income or for a second home.
- We run promotion on Meta and Google aimed specifically at new-build buyers.
- Every enquiry is verified by phone by our team, in Czech, before it reaches a partner.

A shared Google Sheet or CSV in our template, updated whenever prices or availability change.

Your standard price list sent by e-mail at least once a month. We enter the data by hand.
